Travel and Inspiration:
Living in Jabiru in the heart of Kakadu National Park for 16 years had a profound affect on the subject matter that presents itself in my work today. Now living in the rural area of Darwin on a large bush block continues my connection to tropical environments.

My travels around the wold has also provided cultural experience, taking in the sights, sounds and smells of each country. This too has provided a wealth of visual experiences that have also influenced my work. I have traveled to Egypt, Cyprus, the United Kingdom including London, Glasgow, Liverpool, Edinburgh, Dublin and Wales, Central Europe including Paris and the South of France, Rome, Athens and the Greek Islands of Mykonos and Santorini, as well as parts of Germany, Switzerland and Belgium. I have also traveled to Singapore, Bali and Cambodia.

I have travelled to nearly every city in my home country of Australia. I hope to keep travelling and exploring new cities around the world.
